Hi, I’m Jess — and I’m here to help you rewrite your story.
I’ve always loved movement. I was the active, always-doing-something girl — cheer, dance, gym, you name it. But like so many of us, I got swept up in the cycle of “doing wellness right.” Every fad diet. Every fitness trend. Exhausting myself seven days a week, chasing energy and health through restriction and hustle.
It wasn’t until my early 30s that I stopped chasing and started listening.
I experimented. I got curious. I wore a glucose monitor. I cleaned up my nutrition — not just for aesthetics, but for focus, energy, and clarity. I noticed the brain fog lifting. I felt less anxious. I started reaching for whole foods instead of my Adderall after 30 days of being vegan and gluten free to reset my body. That shift? It changed everything.
It taught me that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it isn’t just about food. It’s about how you move. How you sleep. How you speak to yourself. How you show up for your life.
I left a successful sales career to go back to school, study behavior change, and become a triple-certified health coach. And now, I help people like you — people who are ready for a different story — feel better, live fuller, and reconnect with their own power.
